From our first conversation to the final send-off, I guide the process with clarity and calm, curating the right vendor team, building a realistic timeline, managing your investment thoughtfully, refining the aesthetic, and leading the day with confidence.

Wedding Services

Wedding Coordination

You have everything planned, but need help tying up Loose ends with the help of an experienced wedding planner. With this custom package, H. Ounby Events will allow you to take a deep breath and soak up every moment leading up to your big day. Our experienced professionals will ensure every detail is
coordinated and executed to the highest caliber.

Wedding Coordination Inculdes
  • Coordination efforts begin 8 weeksprior to wedding day
  • Access to recommended vendor list, recommended vendor Questions to Ask Before Booking ‘list, wedding planning timeline recommendation, E custom budget tracker
  • (1) Planning Consultation Meeting at any point leading up to your big dayto asist with planning progress give advice and answer any questions you may have
  • (1) Kick-Off meeting six weeks prior to wedding date
  • Available for unlimited texts, emails or pre-scheduled calls starting 6 weeks out from wedding day
  • Creation + Distribution of detailed wedding day timeline for all vendors & wedding party
  • Facilitation of wedding rehearsal at rehearsal dinner or morning of wedding
  • Full Day-Of Wedding Coordination including set up + breakdown of personal decor, vendor management, ensuring ceremony and reception decor are set up as planned, wedding party management, provision of wedding dayemergency kit, day of timeline management, distribution of final payments + gratuities, and everything in between behind the scenes (up to 12 hours)
  • Additional wedding day assistant present to assist with facilitation on wedding day

Full Planning & Design

You’re excited for your big day, but the thought of orchestrating it all is overwhelming! Let us take the reins. We’ll collaborate with you from day one to understand your dreams and preferences, transforming them into the unforgettable day you’ve always envisioned. Your wedding season should be
effortless and enjoyed – and we’ll ensure it is!

Full Planning & Design Includes
  • Access to recommended vendor list, recommended vendor ‘Questions to Ask Before Booking’ list, wedding planning timeline recommendation, & custom budget tracker
  • Arrangement & attendance of (up to 5) venue site visits
  • Curation of a custom recommended vendor suggestion list for each vendor category based on your vision and aesthetic goals
  • Lead on vendor outreach, communication & management
  • Creation of curated budget tracking spreadsheet & budget management
  • Design assistance through creation of (up to 2) wedding vision boards based on client style to align on wedding aesthetic vision
  • (1) Monthly meeting throughout the wedding planning process to ensure progress +& next step alignment
  • Assistance (with venue team) on floor plan creation
  • Assistance with Invitation & Stationery design, shipment, and RSVP management
  • Assistance booking hotel block for your out-of-town guests
  • Available for unlimited texts or emails throughout the planning process
  • Creation of custom wedding day binder containing all wedding detailsto ensure every detail is covered
  • Facilitation of vendor deliveries and pick-ups before/after wedding day with vendors venue
  • Facilitation of wedding rehearsal at rehearsal dinner or morning of wedding
  • Full Day-Of Wedding Coordination including set up & breakdown of personal decor vendor management, ensuring ceremony and reception decor are set up as planned, wedding party management, provision of wedding day emergency kit, day of timeline management, distribution of final payments & gratuities, and everything in between behind the scenes (up to 15 hours)
  • Additional wedding day assistant present to assist with facilitation on wedding day

Wedding Weekend & Design

The AlL-Weekend All-Inclusive Package
This package is designed for the couple seeking the ultimate wedding extravaganza! Let H. Ownby Events spearbead the realization of not just your wedding day, but your entire wedding weekend vision. Why limit the celebration to just one day when
you can revel in a full weekend of love and joy with your nearest and dearest?

Full Wedding Weekend: Planning & Design
  • Includes everything in the Full Planning & Design Package for the wedding day, as well as, the following:
  • Assistance booking venues and all applicable vendors for up to (2) additional wedding weekend events (Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, Wedding After Party, Day-After Brunch, etc
  • Assistance with creation of up to (2) vision boards for each event to align on aeshetic vision and rentals
  • Creation of curated budget tracking spreadsheet & budget management for each event
  • Assistance (with venue team) on floorplan creation for each event
  • Assistance with Invitation & Stationery design, shipment, and RSVP management for each event
  • Creation of custom event day binder containing all event details to ensure every detail is covered for each event
  • Facilitation of vendor deliveries and pick-ups before/after wedding day with vendors & venue for each event
  • Full Day-Of Event Coordination including set up & breakdown of personal decor, vendor management, ensuring decor is set up as planned, day of timeline management, distribution of final payments & gratuities, and everything in between behind the scenes for each event (up to 8 hours for events & 15 hours on wedding day)
  • Additional assistant present to assist with facilitation on event day (as needed)

Micro Weddings

Intimate doesn’t mean compromising on style. I specialize in creating personalized, unforgettable micro weddings—turning smaller spaces into dreamy, detailed experiences that feel just as magical as a full-scale celebration.

Micro Weddings Include
  • All pricing packages are based on weddings with 50 or more guests
  • Micro Weddings or Elopements (” under 50 guests) receive 25% off all packages
    Wedding with over 200 guests require a second assistant at an additional $350.
    Pricing does not include travel costs. Travel costs for hotel, meals, airfare, and/or gas will be charged if venue is 50 & miles away from Lebanon, TN (mileage at $0.50/mile
Add-ons
  • Consultation Call- Add a consultation call to your package anytime throughout the wedding planning process to chat through progress to date, left to do’s, and any questions you may have
  • Additional Event Planning- Only available if you’ve already booked a package with me
  • Add on a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding after party or day after brunch to really wow your guests
  • Make It Legal – Wantto have a friend or family member officiate your wedding? That’s fine byus! Hannahis a Tennessee State Notary so she can sign your marriage license to make itlegal’
Additional Fees & Travel
