Scott and Lexi’s wedding day was a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful celebrations are often the most intentional. Choosing a micro wedding allowed them to focus on what mattered most—celebrating their love surrounded by their closest family and friends in a way that felt deeply personal and true to them.
Their original wedding date was set for January, but when an ice storm swept through Nashville, plans had to shift quickly. Rescheduling a wedding in a matter of days is no small task, but Scott and Lexi handled every unexpected turn with so much grace. Thanks to an incredible vendor team and a lot of flexibility, we were able to bring their vision to life just two weeks later on February 7th—even with a last-minute ceremony venue change.
In the end, it all came together exactly the way it was meant to.
Their ceremony took place at the stunning Scarritt Bennett Center, one of Nashville’s most timeless wedding venues. Known for its historic architecture, beautiful stone details, and romantic old-world charm, Scarritt Bennett Center created the perfect backdrop for an intimate wedding ceremony. The peaceful setting offered such a meaningful contrast to the excitement of the celebration that followed, making it an ideal venue for couples planning a wedding that feels both elegant and personal.
After the ceremony, guests headed to Nashville Underground for a reception that was the definition of a true Nashville celebration. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that brings energy, fun, and unforgettable city vibes, Nashville Underground delivers exactly that. From cocktail hour to the reception, the atmosphere was lively, joyful, and completely reflective of Scott & Lexi’s vision for a celebration that felt both intentional and wildly fun.
One of my favorite things about this wedding was how beautifully these two venues complemented one another. Scarritt Bennett Center brought timeless romance and quiet intimacy, while Nashville Underground gave the evening an energetic, modern Nashville feel. Together, they created such a unique wedding experience for both the couple and their guests.
Despite the unexpected weather and the whirlwind rescheduling, Scott and Lexi’s day felt absolutely perfect from beginning to end—and documenting every intentional, joy-filled moment was such an honor.
